If you've booked multiple tickets and your group will be arriving separately, that's no problem. We can check in smaller groups individually, as long as each group has either the lead booking name or the booking reference number ready to provide at the entrance.

Yes, we love dogs! There will be shaded areas and water bowls everywhere. The only thing we ask is that they're well behaved and they stay on a lead.

Yes, there's lots of parking at the enterance of the event, and it completley free. We have disabled bays even closer, please bring your badge with you.

The Great Feast takes place at Euston Hall, Thetford, IP24 2QW, with easy access by car from across Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex.Free parking is available on site, with dedicated Blue Badge parking located closer to the entrance.If you're travelling by public transport, the nearest railway station is Thetford, with local taxi services available for the short journey to Euston Hall.As you get close to the event, simply follow the clearly signposted event signage, which will direct you straight to the entrance and parking areas.

You're very welcome to bring camping chairs, folding chairs or other portable seating to The Great Feast, in fact, we encourage it! The Great Feast is an outdoor event and will go ahead in all but the most extreme weather conditions. We recommend dressing appropriately for the forecast, as the event will continue to operate in both rain and shine.The safety of our visitors, traders and staff is always our highest priority.We continually monitor weather conditions alongside the venue and, if conditions are deemed unsafe, we may need to delay, suspend or cancel the event. Any decision made by the event organisers is final.Should this happen, we'll notify ticket holders by email, as well as posting updates on our website and social media channels.As The Great Feast is a live outdoor event, tickets are non-refundable due to adverse weather, unless we are required to cancel the event in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Tickets for The Great Feast cannot be transferred to another date or another person once purchased.If the event goes ahead as planned, refunds will not be issued if you are unable to attend.When booking your tickets, you'll have the option to purchase Ticket Protection for an additional fee through our ticketing provider.
